The organizers of the Coachella Music Festival closed off their three day festivities with an amazing performance from Tupac and Snoop Dogg. Yes you heard it right, other than Nate Dogg’s announced appearance, Tupac also performed on stage in hologram form with Snoop as well.

This is one of the boldest move ever made by the festival and have opened a new door of creative that patrons will be looking forward to in the future. Even though he is beyond the grave, Nate Dogg will not be missed from Coachella this weekend. Sources tells TMZ, the rapper will be making a very special guest appearance on stage at Coachella this weekend but in the form of a Hologram.

I bet you were a bit surprised after the read the first line. According to what source told TMZ, Dr. Dre is the man behind it all, he didn’t want to leave Nate out of his Sunday performance so he’s incorporating his old friend using hologram technology.

An image of the rapper will be projected onto the Coachella stage which will be standing beside his other rapper friends including Dre, Snoop Dogg, Kurupt, Warren G, and Daz Dillinger to make it appear as if he’s actually performing live on stage.

The newly-formed Lady Arena Football League (LAFL) is two months away from its inaugural season and rapper Snoop Dogg is already a supporter of the team. According to reports, the West Coast rap veteran has become a part owner of the Los Angeles Rideretts by buying shares in the team. Tryouts for the Rideretts was held last Saturday (March 10) in Carson, California for the season which starts in May.

The LAFL is an 8-on-8 full contact football league that incorporates female athletes who will play in lingerie-style uniforms. According to the leagues’ website, players will compete under the same bylaws and rules of the National Arena Football League.

In addition to the Rideretts, LAFL teams include the Lady Houston Panthers, New Orleans Lady Dollz, Kansas City Tease, and St. Louis Sting. More teams are “coming soon” from Oakland, Atlanta, and Las Vegas, the website states.

The rap legend just took one step forward being a business man, don’t be surprised when you see him on the TV show “Shark Tank” being one of the sharks.

Snoop D.O.G.G is presently on a trip to the Caribbean Island of Jamaica where he is touring the Island and meeting the people. According to sources in Jamaica, the rapper is also making a documentary of his visit, he also made the announcement earlier this month via his YouTube page, that he would travel to Jamaica to record a single for his upcoming studio album, Reincarnated.

Reportedly, Snoop Dogg was doing work at Geejam Studios in Portland; joining Senegalese rappers, Akon as well as Grammy-winning R&B singer, Alicia Keys as international acts recording at the prominent studio complex since the start of 2012. On February 15, Snoop, his wife, Shante Taylor-Broadus and accompanying entourage visited the Nyabinghi Centre in Montego Bay; seeking authentic material for his new documentary, Snoop In Jamaica which explores the depths of Rastafarian culture.

Snoop Dogg was behind the slammer again but only temporary hold up from his present tour. The rapper got arrested over the weekend after a drug sniffing canine discovered less than an ounce of weed on his tour bus.

According to TMZ, Snoop’s tour bus got stopped at a border patrol checkpoint in Sierra Blanca, a patrol officer did a standard inspection of the bus when the animal alerted the agents after discovering the weed in a waste basket at the back of the bus.

After the discovery by the sniffer canine, Snoop being the good person that he is, admitted that the weed was his and that he has a prescription for cannabis in California. Unfortunately law enforcement officers in Texas doesn’t have the same mutual feeling towards marijuana as they do on the west coast. He was issued a citation for misdemeanor drug possession and released. The rapper will have to attended a hearing at a later date.
