Gabriel Aubry didn’t have a pleasant Thanksgiving because he was arrested for battery after he got into a brawl with Olivier Martinez, and ended up in the hospital before getting arrested. According to sources, Aubry arrived at Halle Berry’s residence to drop off the couple’s daughter, Nahla when it all broke out.

Berry and other members of the family were allegedly present for the fight, which Martinez appeared to win, and the reason be came to this conclusion is because he wasn’t the one that ended up in the hospital. Aubry and Berry battled in court for many months because the latter wanted to move to France with Martinez and Nahla.

More reports states that Martinez knocked Aubry unconscious during the fight, it was also reported that Berry will likely seek a protective order against her ex, in relation to herself, Olivier and Nahla.

Halle Berry and her ex Gabriel Aubry are still at it in a heated custody battle for their daughter 4-year-old Nahla, but it’s been a while since we actually heard anything about what’s happening in the case. Well the latest is that Aubry wants some of Halle’s money and in his attempt to do so, he’s asking for a “substantial increase” in his child support from Halle, to $20,000 a month.

It would seems that Aubry knows that Halle Berry is a walking money machine and he wants to cash in using his daughter as the scapegoat. Halle Berry who recently got engaged to Olivier Martinez in mid-April seems to be working on how to replace Gabriel with Olivier as Nahla’s father. She seems to be working to push him out, and Aubry has been pushing back as hard as he can.

Halle Berry and her fiance Olivier Martinez hit the beach over the weekend and they brought along her daughter Nahla with them. The couple was spotted walking the beach in Malibu on Saturday, April 21 with little Nahla and a friend who was wearing a strapless stripe dress.

Halle Berry made a red carpet appearance at the Jenesse Silver Rose Benefit in Beverly Hills, California on Saturday night (April 14). The actress showed up for the awards gala and auction with her fiance Olivier Martinez also on-hand at the Beverly Hills Hotel locale.

The event was spearheaded by Berry herself to honor the supporters of the organization which provides aid and assistance to victims of domestic abuse. Halle Berry is once again engaged to be married to Olivier Martinez who popped the question to Halle in March and up until this day the “Swordfish” actress still seems surprised. Berry and Martinez met while on the set of Dark Tide in 2010 and the relationship developed afterwards.

The ring that Martinez used to propose was commissioned from his Paris neighbor, Robert Mazlo, last year, it is “a one-of-a-kind piece and cannot be replaced,” the jeweler told PEOPLE exclusively in March.
