We just learned that Pamela Smith, the woman who filed suit against Michael Jordan for child support claiming that the former pro basketball star fathered her 16-year-old son, has finally dropped the case against the Charlotte Bobcats owner.

According to a report by TMZ, Pamela filed legal documents in the state of Georgia requesting that the judge dismiss her case against Michael Jordan, and her request was granted without prejudice. Its uncertain why she decided to have the case dismissed, but she can always refile at a later date if she so choose.

Former Chicago Bulls player, Michael Jordan has finally decided to move from just being fiance to Yvette Prieto and go into full matrimonial mode. Michael and Yvette are now in full wedding planning mode and are going for a spring wedding.

Insiders close to the couple have revealed that the Bobcats owner will be tying the knot for the second time on Saturday, April 27th, 2013 in a private ceremony that will take place in the sunshine state.

The second time around never seems to be special and always last longer than the first, but we wish you all the best and may it be a happy day for you Yvette Prieto.

Michael Jordan was recently banned from an exclusive Miami Beach golf club all because the former basketball star opted to wear cargo pants on the course and refused to change out, so he got the boot from the club.
Playing with a member at La Gorce Country Club, Jordan defied a dress code by wearing cargo (multi-pocketed pants) and denied requests to change out of them. Jordan was asked to adhere to club attire… which is Bermuda shorts.. during the round, but he continued to play in his multi-pocketed pants, and was told to leave.

After he was asked to leave, Michael Jordan was then banned from the club; La Gorce says he will not be invited back.

Michael Jordan decided that he would give husband life another go. A publicist for Michael Jordan has confirmed that the NBA veteran did propose to his longtime girlfriend, Yvette Prieto and she responded yes. The story was first released by WCNC in Charlotte.

The former NBA star and the Cuban/American model have been together for over three years now and finally got engaged over the Christmas weekend. Jordan was once married to Juanita Vanoy which ended in 2006 from which three children were conceived, two sons, Jeffrey Michael and Marcus James, and a daughter, Jasmine.

Jordan is presently the owner of the Charlotte Bobcats which is why he recently moved to Charlotte, North Carolina.
