Basketball player and Kim Kardashian’s estrange husband, Kris Humphries didn’t think it was a big deal to show up at a mandatory hearing in court on his divorce proceedings from his estranged wife. However, Kim did show up for the hearing, she arrived at the court wearing a grey tunic paired with white pants and a high ponytail.

The Brooklyn Nets player was due in court on Friday, April 12 but did show up for the hearing. The court was told that Kris was detained in New York, but Judge Goldberg, who was presiding, was unimpressed and set a sanction hearing which means the player could face fines for not showing.

As Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries battle in court over a fake/real marriage that last only 72-days, RadarOnline just delivered some more news on the case. Both Kim and Kris are going to be deposed in their divorce proceedings at the beginning of June.

Humphries’s divorce lawyers wanted to depose the Kardashian on camera, to which the reality TV star opposed to but it seems as if the court approved. RadarOnline reports that “Kris is anticipating that Kim will be deposed first, this is something that his lawyer is insisting upon.
