For the award show’s 70th staging, the 22-year-old actress made her red carpet entrance in a gorgeous red gown, which was complimented with a skinny gold belt and small clutch. The ravishing strapless red dress is by Dior Haute Couture, she also wore a pair of dangling Chopard drop earrings, her hair in a loose and her make up kept simple and gorgeous.

After spending the Thanksgiving holiday with her family in Hawaii, Jennifer Lawrence is back at work on the set of “Hunger Games: Catching Fire” in Maui, Hawaii. The 22-year-old actress was spotted channeling Katniss on the set in Maui on Monday (November 26).

Dressed in a black and grey wet suit, the brunette beauty repeatedly dived into the water as she shot outdoor scenes for the second installment of “The Hunger Games” franchise. She will be repeating her role as Katniss Everdeen, in the upcoming film which follows the adventures of Lawrence’s character as she prepares for the Quarter Quell.

Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson also stars in “Catching Fire”, the film will hit theaters on November 22, 2013. In the mean while enjoy these pictures of Katniss Everdeen, awww I mean Jennifer Lawrence filming in Hawaii.

The Hunger Games has taken $61.1 million to remain the number one film in its second weekend, which adds the total to $251 million in the U.S. in just 10 days of national release.

In addition to the $251 Million that the film made in the US, its international earnings has reached a total of $113.9 million which brings it total worldwide revenue to about $365 million by it’s second week from international release.

According to reports, only three of the eight Harry Potter films and the Twilight flicks have shared the same level of success as The Hunger Games. The film also ousted Sam Worthington’s action sequel Wrath of the Titans which made $34.2 million during its second week while The Hunger Games took in $61.1 million.
