Just this past Friday (April 19) Reese and Hubby Jim were arrested in Atlanta. Jim was arrested for DUI and Reese for disorderly conduct defending her spouse. It seems as if Reese got quite worked up, According to police, Reese told one officer, “You’re about to find out who I am … You are going to be on national news.”

In the heat of the moment not really realizing what she had said, she later apologized and was embarrassed by her behavior. Jim Toth feels bad about getting a DUI. He also regrets that he involved Reese in the situation, and on top of that “it’s embarrassing for him” because “he’ll have to explain himself to his bosses.”

Reese Witherspoon was arrested on Friday night for disorderly conduct after trying to defend her husband Jim Toth, who was pulled over by a state trooper for suspicion of drunk driving. The frequently deemed ‘America’s Sweetheart‘ and her husband were bot arrested, and the entire incident started while driving down Peachtree Road in Georgia early Friday morning (April 19).

Jim Toth was driving in the state of Georgia when he was pulled over by a state trooper for suspicion of drunk driving. Toth was given a breathalyzer test which resulted in a 0.139 alcohol reading, which is significantly above the legal limit of 0.08, and was arrested for driving under the influence and failure to maintain the lane.

Former Disney star Orlando Brown has found himself some trouble with the law after he was arrested Sunday night (April 7th) for suspicion of driving under the influence. According to a report by the Los Angeles Times, Brown was pulled over in North Hollywood on Sunday night and up to yesterday, he was still in police custody.

Up to the time of writing this post a court date was not set for Brown. This isn’t the childhood stars first run-in with the law, as back in 2007 he was arrested for possession of marijuana when the drugs was found in his car. In August of 2011 he was also arrested for DUI in Los Angeles after he was coming from a party with his pregnant girlfriend in the car.

Who says police officers can’t be fans too? but their superiors aren’t too happy about it. Rapper 2Chainz was arrested on Thursday night (Feb 14) on marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia charges in Maryland.

Before the rapper was released, cops wanted to take photos with him, which he did and later mentioned on his instagram account. According to reports, 2Chainz was on his way to the University of Maryland Eastern Shore campus for a performance when he and six other people riding in a van were pulled over by police.

Rapper DMX has found himself in trouble once again, and this time its for driving without a license. The 42-year-old hardcore rapper was pulled over in Spartanburg, South Carolina early this morning, and after police officers realized that he was driving without a licenses he was taken into custody at the Spartanburg Detention Center.

TMZ gives a more detailed side of the story, saying that the rapper was driving a 1978 Buick with his 5 month old daughter in the back seat, he was pulled over for allegedly driving without licenses and then taken into custody at approximately 2AM.

DMX tells the local new station FOX, ”No, I didn’t have a license … put the cuffs on me. Brought me here. I paid the money. Basically, just 5 hours wasted for nothing.”

There’s more bad news for the “Terminator 2″ actor after he was recently arrested for Domestic Violence, he was fired from another film as a result of his domestic violence problems. Edward was arrested on Sunday for allegedly attacking his girlfriend during an argument at the LAX in Los Angeles.

This has been the third time he’e been accused of domestic violence in only 3 months. The actor has plead guilty to the charge and is still behind bars. As a result of his arrest, the actor has been booted from his new film called “Other Plans” by the producer.
