Tyler Perry was recently hit with a $225,000 Lawsuit which was filed by an American author claiming that the filmmaker stole his idea and made it into the movie, “Good Deeds.”

According to American author, Terri Donald who also writes under the moniker ‘TLO Red’ness’, says that Tyler Perry based his film on her 2007 book with the title, “Bad Apples Can Be Good Fruit.”

According to the documents filed in Philadelphia, Donald sent a copy of her book to Perry’s company before production on the movie began. Terri Donald is seeking $225,000 in damages plus, an injunction requiring the company to add a credit for her book in the opening and closing credits.

There were also documents filed which is asking the company to provide an accounting of the movie’s revenues. Representatives for Perry and Lions Gate Entertainment, which released the film and is also named as a defendant in the lawsuit, have not released a comment.

On Wednesday a report surfaced that Bobbi Kristina had quit the TBS comedy “For Better or Worse” produced by Tyler Perry and she had walked out of the show because she’s still mourning the death of her mother. Bobbi Kristina Brown is still grieving the loss of her mom Whitney Houston… but the young actress didn’t walk out on the TV show, according to Tyler Perry.

After the reports surfaced, Perry jumped to the defense of Bobbi Kristina saying that not only she didn’t walk off the show, she did “great” work. The media mogul posted an adamant defense on this website saying: “Yes she was grieving, but grief aside, she managed to finish her obligation and did a great job at the same time.”

According to a source that is close to Bobbi Kristina, “She did a specific amount [on the show] and no she did not walk off. She wanted to do more but was not emotionally capable at the time.” Tyler Perry who seems to be deeply concerned about Bobbi Kristina is also pleading for her privacy, he wrote: “PLEASE LEAVE THIS BABY ALONE!!! AND SHE IS A BABY.”

Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina just got her a new acting job, she was added on the cast of Tyler Perry’s “For Better or For Worse” Sitcom. It is being reported that Tyler Perry, a close friend of the Houston Family has given Bobbi Kristina a recurring role on his sitcom “For Better or Worse,” which was recently picked up for a 2nd season on TBS, and is scheduled to begin airing in July 2012.

The series, which is loosely based on Tyler Perry’s 2007 film “Why Did I Get Married?” and the 2010 sequel “Why Did I Get Married Too?” stars Tasha Smith and Michael Jai White as a couple (Marcus and Angela Williams), along with two other couples, who are all at various stages of their relationships as they weather the ups-and-downs of married life and dating.

Bobbi Kristina’s family is currently worried that the 19-year-old may be in danger of following in her parents footsteps, “Everyone is worried about Bobbi,” a source tells Us Weekly.
