Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi may find herself in court real soon as she was recently slapped with a $7 million lawsuit in a counterclaim from a licensing company. Of all persons you wouldn’t think of snooki being in a legal battle over something other than booze.

According to an article that was published by the New York Post, Snooki initially filed suit in October against SRG Ventures to end a contract claiming that the company didn’t fulfill its obligations of the contract. The partnership between the pint-size star and the company was an initiative to launch an array of merchandise including School supplies, shoes, lingerie and watches.

After Snooki’s suit, the company filed a counterclaim that alleged the reality star of sabotaging the agreement by having negotiations with brands behind their backs. Snooki’s lawyer denies the claims and looks forward to her day in court.
