Hilary Duff was recently spotted going for a ride on her Bike in Toluca Lake, Los Angeles. The Lizzy McGuire star (because that is all we remember her from) wore a white sports bra which was covered by a black top, black leggings and sunglasses. She was even committing a traffic violation while she rode her bike, yes she was texting while she rode her bike, this is multi-tasking to the extreme, not everyday you see such things.
