As reported earlier, Demi Lovato is presently undergoing rehab treatment for emotional and physical issues, a few provocative photos surfaced online for the troubled teen. The photos were first unveiled on twitter, in the photos Demi is posing in her bra partially exposing her breast. One of the girls in the photo was the girl she allegedly punched before entering rehab, her backup dancer Alex Welch.
