Hugh Jackman, the same guy that plays Wolverine in the X-Men suffered an eye injury while attempting a dramatic entrance to the Oprah Winfrey Show in Australia. The actor attempted to make an entrance on a Zipline from the Sydney Opera House to the Oprah Stage but instead of arriving safely, he made an encounter with the lighting equipment because he didn’t stop in time.

During the encounter with the lightening equipment, the 42-year-old actor hurt his eye but Paramedics was right on the scene to look at it. “That’s gonna swell,” Winfrey said after paramedics rushed to the stage. The actor returned and joined his 10-year-old son in the audience after his injury was tend to.

“I came down waving to everyone, looking over Sydney Harbor, saw my dad, the kids and you, went to pull the brake and then boing,” he told Winfrey. “Totally my bad.” Oprah later poked a little fun at the incident and said that it will make the evening news and it actually did.
