And the weirdest outfits worn by performers in 2010 goes to Rihanna. For real though, if there was suppose to be an award for the weirdest outfit worn on stage, it would be would be stiff competition between Rihanna and Katy Perry.

On Monday she performed in Time Square, it was an event which introduced MTV’s new show “The Seven.” Other than her usual “out of the ordinary” outfits, she also added an extension to her previous red hairdo.
